1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Snepbid ("Service," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Subscriber") and Itay Rose Ari (I.D. 200291821) ("Provider," "we," "us"), operating under the laws of the State of Israel.

2. Description of Service

Snepbid is a SaaS platform that aggregates publicly available government tender data from various third-party sources (e.g., OpenGov, Bonfire, VendorLink) and provides notification services via SMS and Email.

3. Accuracy of Data & Artificial Intelligence

Our Service utilizes automated scraping technologies and Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to extract, summarize, and categorize data.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for precision, AI models can hallucinate or misinterpret data. Scrapers may occasionally fail to fetch updates due to changes in third-party websites.
• Verification Required: You acknowledge that Snepbid is a discovery tool. You explicitly agree to verify all critical information (deadlines, budgets, requirements) directly on the official government portal before submitting any bid.
• Liability Waiver: We are not liable for any lost business, missed deadlines, or rejected bids resulting from inaccuracies in our data feed.

4. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

• Billing: Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis (e.g., "Local Hero" or "State Pro" plans). All payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
• Refund Policy (Money-Back Guarantee): We want you to be satisfied with Snepbid. We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, please contact our support team within 14 days of your first purchase to request a full refund.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewals. After the initial 14-day window, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused service time.
• Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with a 30-day notice via email.

5. Third-Party Platform Availability

Our Service depends on the public availability of third-party websites. If a source website (e.g., a specific County portal) implements anti-bot measures, changes its structure, or goes offline, Snepbid may experience interruptions. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or coverage of all potential sources.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data found on Snepbid to third parties.
• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our Platform.

7. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS alerts regarding tender opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by updating your user settings or replying STOP.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
